it’s super hot outside so today for lunch i chose monomeal: lots of cantaloupe! but really…a lot!!!!

oatmeal with peach jam is da bomb….easy to make and delicious!

INTAKE

breakfast: rolled oats cooked in water and topped with no sugar added peach jam

snack: cherries

lunch: steamed potato, salad, tuna and a big tomato

snack: almond milk with agave syrup

dinner: brown rice with lentils and arugula

first time trying tofu……i got the basil one. not that bad, actually is pretty good!

just made a raw strawberry banana ice cream and it was amaaaaziiiing!!!! even tough i used too much strawberries and came out more like a sorbet… :)  now i’m gonna freeze some more bananas to make it another time!!!!
