
lunch today: tuna salad with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and parmesan, followed by apricot and watermelon slices :)
have a birthday dinner tonight…..and i just learned that the menu is bruschette with different toppings….”pasta al fumè” ( tomato sauce blended with cream milk and bacon) pizza and fried stuff….and birthday cake obviously…..wow..soooo happy……..i can already see a “gain weight situation” tonight…. :(
wake up early this morning
at 5.45 a.m. i couldn’t stay in bed so i got my ass up and did a half an hour tone it up workout. yes! a quick shower and then….BREAKFAST!!!!
